EXAMINATION


  • Stuents are trained for the graded examination 1-7 held by the Oriental examination board of London

  • There are 9 Grades for each subject. Candidates will have to do Practical and Theory Exams for all subjects.

  • Grade 1 and 2 will have Theory orally along with their Practical test.

  • Grade 3 and above will have to sit for a written Theory paper. Candidates can choose to answer in English or Tamil.

  • Candidates completing the 8th Grade will be awarded a Diploma with the title 'Kalajothy'.

  • Candidates who complete the 9th Grade or Post Diploma will be awarded the tiitle 'Vidya Bushan'.

  • Certificates issued by the Oriental Examination Board Of London(OEBL) are recognised for admission by leading Private schools ,Grammer Schools and Universities in the UK and Europe for 11+ and UCAS points.

  • OEBL is the First examination board to introduce the Post Diploma Grade for students completing the Diploma. (2003)

  • Oriental Examination Board London is the First to introduce Fine Arts Examinations twice a year in Spring & Autumn to enable students to sit at a time convenient to them. (2003)

  • Oriental Examination Board London is the First to issue Diploma &Post Diploma Certificates in Gold lettering (2003)

  • Oriental Examination Board London is the First to sponser students to get advanced training in India.(2005)

  • Oriental Examination Board London is the First to give the “Kala Thilakam Award” to students completing the Diploma and performing the Arangetram in the same discipline.(2006)

  • Oriental Examination Board London is the First to Conduct “Graduation Ceremony” for students completing Diploma and Post Diploma , and introducing “Gold Medallist of the year “ (2008).
